Im trying to decide which is my favorite, but I truly do not think I am able. I love the 4th for its artistic nature, the 5th for its perspective, & the 3rd because it has an adorable kitty, but I think ultimately I'd have to go for the first. I love the many elements in it: the face & eyes focusing elsewhere, the attention-capturing ring, the cigarette in need of an ashing with smoke curling up, & even the nearly-hidden espresso (Im guessing) he's drinking. I love that even with so much going on in such a simple scene, one still cant avoid looking at the finer details, such as the silver outline of his hair & the chaotic earthy patterns on the background wall.
